چکیده
Ultraviolet radiation (UVR) has been shown to cause skin disorders, including sunburn and symptoms such as erythema, ageing formation of wrinkles, pigmentation or dyspigmentation, DNA damage ultimately photocarcinogenesis on prolonged exposure. It reported that sunscreens have beneficial effects in reducing the incidence disorders protect against exogenous endogenous harmful agents by absorption, scattering blocking phenomena. (UV) rays are divided into three wavelength categories: UV-A, UV-B UV-C. Skin exposure sunlight other climatic conditions induces reactive oxygen species (ROS), which can react with DNA, proteins, fatty acids skin, resulting oxidative antioxidant system human body. Such injuries disrupt skin’s regulation pathways, photoaging development cancer. Active ingredients sunscreen synthetic substances classified organic inorganic filters. Synthetic a number serious side effects. As result, overcome this deleterious natural were found researchers from nature. Natural products be used healing, softening, rejuvenating, sun protection properties. However, use drawbacks, inducing photoallergic dermatitis, environment pollution, deficiency vitamin D production. Therefore, consumers should appropriate herbal formulations improve well avoid sunscreens.

متن کاملNatural Sunscreen Agents: A Review
The exposure of skin to ultraviolet B (UVB) radiation has a destructive effect on keratinocytes by causing DNA damage that can subsequently lead to malignant transformation. Cellular defense mechanisms against this injury begin with the immediate UVB-induced death of damaged cells. In less severely affected cells, cell-cycle progression can be blocked and DNA damage can be repaired through nucl...
